I've been getting a lot of inquiries regarding our new bedroom dresser that I posted in my Instagram stories! It's the ever-so-popular Hemmes dresser from Ikea!
They were having a $50 off sale and we bought it in this red-brown color finish that didn't meet our style needs but was definitely the style dresser we wanted.
We bought a new bed that is a beautiful velvet blue color and painted the dresser to match. But the real transformation came from discovering O'verlays. They make incredibly high quality panels in different shapes and sizes to literally transform your Ikea furniture pieces, taking them to a whole 'nother level! We chose their brand new Blaire Kit and painted it gold, then adhered it to the drawer fronts.

It seriously upgraded our room and dresser and looks so chic and timeless in our bedroom! I want to do these kits for all of our Ikea furniture!
